Acceptance of these terms
By accessing ClubSys, creating an account, requesting a demonstration or using any related service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use ClubSys on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
ClubSys services
ClubSys provides cloud-based tools for club operations, including memberships, registrations, bookings, payments, reporting and communications. The services available to a customer depend on the subscription, order form or commercial agreement agreed with Sitemap Computers WLL.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully and not interfere with, reverse engineer, copy, resell or attempt to gain unauthorised access to ClubSys or its infrastructure.
Fees and subscriptions
Subscription fees, payment terms, taxes and renewal arrangements are set out in the applicable order form, invoice or commercial agreement. We may suspend access where amounts remain overdue, subject to any notice requirements in the applicable agreement.
Customer data and privacy
You retain responsibility for data you submit to ClubSys and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and notices to collect and use that data. We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the relevant customer agreement.
Intellectual property
ClubSys, its software, designs, documentation, branding and related materials remain the property of Sitemap Computers WLL or its licensors. Subject to payment and these terms, customers receive only the limited right to use the services for their internal business operations.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ClubSys reliable and secure, but services may be changed, maintained or temporarily unavailable. We may update features and documentation as the platform evolves.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and except where a written agreement states otherwise, ClubSys is provided on an “as available” basis. Neither Sitemap Computers WLL nor its affiliates are liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the services.
